We consider sites and properties valued between £1 million and £20 million, with a view to developing small to medium scale developments.
In addition to publicly listed sites, we are also interested in off-market opportunities that may not be widely advertised. Over the years our team at Axrow have developed a strong network of agents and contacts allowing us to maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
We are flexible in our approach to site acquisition, offering landowners the opportunity to sell outright, enter into a joint venture, or agree to a purchase subject to planning.
We are interested in sites located in London zone 2 and the South East, where there is strong market demand for high-quality residential and mixed-use developments.
Our team evaluates the suitability of sites for residential, commercial, and retail uses. We have experience delivering a diverse range of property types.
